Article text
أ- يعلَن عن وضع العقار للبيع بالمزاد العلني في إحدى الصحف اليومية المحلية من الصحف الثلاث
الأوسع انتشارا ، وللمدين، وعلى نفقته الخاصة، أن ينشر الإعلانَ بأيّ طريقة أخرى يراها مناسبة.
ب- يجب ان يشمل الاعلان جميع اوصاف المال غير المنقول المحققة عند وضع اليد مع اسماء الطرفين
والوقت المحدد للمزايدة وشروط البيع والاشتراك فيها .
