Article text
أ- يقوم المأمور بتبليغ قرار الرئيس بإعادة البيع فوراً إلى كل ٍّ من المدين والمشتري المستنكِف
والدائنين الذين أصبحوا طرفاً في الإجراءات والمزايدين في المزاد الأول .
ب- يتولى المأمور الاعلان عن البيع الثاني .
ج-يجب ان يشتمل الاعلان عن البيع الثاني على البيانات التي ذكرت في اعلان البيع الاول .
