تبليغ المحكوم عليه خارج دائرة اختصاص المحكمة
يجوز للمحكمة ان تبلغ الاشخاص المقيمين خارج دائرة اختصاصها بموجب شروط تستصوبها مع
مراعاة أصول المحاكمات الحقوقية.
