ابراز صور مصدقة عن الحكم المراد تنفيذه
يترتب على المحكوم له أن يقدم الى المحكمة صورة مصدقة عن الحكم المطلوب تنفيذه مع
صورة مصدقة عن ترجمتها اذا كان الحكم
بغير اللغة العربية وصورة اخرى لتبليغها للمحكوم عليه.
