يجب أن تكون المهلة بين اليوم الذي يقع فيه تبليغ الطرفين ورقة الدعوى أو تبليغ الشهود، وبين
اليوم الذي يحضرون فيه للمحكمة، أربعا وعشرين ساعة على الأقل، وإذا لم يُراعَ أمرُ هذه المهلة
وحضر الطرفان والشهود فيباشر بإجراءات المحاكمة.
