أحكام عامة
في غير الحالات التي ورد عليها نصّ خاص، تعني القضايا
الصلحية في هذا القانون القضايا الحقوقية والجزائية، غير
أنه لا يتبع في المواد الجزائية التشبثُ في الصلح وتحليفُ
المشتكى عليه اليمين وأخذُ النفقات الضرورية للشهود
سلفاً وتبليغُ المشتكى عليه صورةً عن ضبط الدعوى.
