في الدعاوى المستعجَلة بنصّ القانون أو التي يقرر قاضي
الصلح اعتبارها مستعجَلة وفق القواعد المقررة في المادة
( 60 ) من قانون أصول المحاكمات المدنية، تطبق أحكام
( المادتين 4 ) ( و 5 ) من هذا القانون على لوائح الدعاوى
المستعجَلة واللوائح الجوابية ولوائح الرد المقدمة فيها،
وما يلزم إرفاقه بها من بينات وطلبات، على أن يتم تقصير
مدتيَ تقديم اللائحة الجوابية المشار إليها في كل ٍّ من
( الفقرتين )أ( و)ب( من المادة 5 ) من هذا القانون لتصبحا
سبعة أيام، وخمسة عشر يوماً على التوالي. دون أن تكون
أي ٌّ منهما قابلة للتمديد، وتبقى المدد الواردة في
الفقرتين (هـ) و(و) من المادة ذاتها دون تقصير.
