حقوق الموظف المنتهية خدمته
يحرم الموظف من حقوقه المالية إذا انتهت أو أُنهيت خدمته في أي من الحالات التالية:-
أ- العزل من الوظيفة .
ب- فقد الوظيفة.
ج- فقد الجنسية الأردنية .
