Article text
أ - للوزير منح الموظف زيادات سنوية وفقا لأحكام هذا النظام في أي من الحالات التالية :-
1 - خمس زيادات سنوية اذا قدم براءة اختراع وكان الاختراع مسجلا لدى الجهة المختصة .
2 - زيادة سنوية واحدة إذا نشر بحثا علميا بشكل منفرد في مجلة علمية محكمة وفق أسس
. يحددها المجلس
ب- يجوز منح الموظف أي حافز أو مكافأة مادية أو معنوية أو كليهما وتحدد أسس وشروط وحالات
منــح أي منهما بمقتضى تعليمات يصدرها مجلس الوزراء بناء على تنسيب المجلس .
