Article text
لا تترتب على شركة التأمين أي مسؤولية بمقتضى أحكام هذا النظام عما يلي:-
أ-الضرر الذي يلحق بالمؤمن له أو بالمركبة العائدة له أو بالسائق اثناء قيادة المركبة.
ب-الضرر الذي يلحق بالغير الناجم عن استعمال المركبة في سباق سيارات محلي أو دولي
منظم أو في اختبارات تحمّل المركبات.
ج-الضرر الذي يلحق بركاب مركبة المؤمن له نتيجة لاستعمالها لتعليم قيادة المركبات اذا لم
تكن مرخصة لهذه الغاية 0
د-الضرر أو الخسارة التي تلحق ببضائع الغير المنقولة بواسطة مركبة المؤمن له لقاء اجر 0
هـ- الضرر الذي يلحق بالغير والناجم عن حادث نتيجة الفيضانات والأنواء والعواصف والأعاصير
والانفجارات البركانية
والزلازل والانزلاق الأرضي وغيـرها من الأخطار الطبيعية أو الحـرب والأعمال الحربية والحرب الأهلية
والفتنة والعصيان
المسلح والثورة واغتصاب السلطة أو أخطار الطاقة النووية.
و- الضرر الناجم عن المركبة ذات الإستعمال الخاص وفقا لتعريفها في قانون السير النافذ
المفعول اذا تم استعمالها للاغراض
المخصصة لها.
