المادة 2 -
يكون للكلمات والعبارات التالية حيثما وردت في هذا النظام، المعاني المخصصة لها ادناه ما
لم تدل القرينة على غير
ذلك:-
المجلس:مجلس ادارة هيئة تنظيم قطاع التأمين.
المدير العام: مدير عام هيئة تنظيم قطاع التأمين.
المركبة:كما هي معرفة في قانون السير النافذ المفعول.
الحادث: كل واقعة الحقت أضرارا بالغير ناجمة عن استعمال المركبــة أو انفجارها أو حريقها او
تناثر او سقوط اشياء منها.
الضرر: الوفاة أو أي إصابة جسمانية تلحق بالغير أو أي أضرار معنوية ناجمة عنها والخسائر أو الأضرار
التي تلحق بممتلكــات
الغير بسبب حادث ناجم عن استعمال المركبة.
الغير:أي شخص ، غير المؤمن له أو سائق المركبة ، يتعرض للضرر بسبب حادث ناجم عن
استعمالها.
