التأمين الإلزامي
المادة 4 -
أ-تخضع لاحكام هذا النظام جميع المركبات ، بما فيها غير الاردنية القادمة الى المملكة او
المارة فيها ، ولهذه الغاية
تعتمد الاتفاقيات الدولية التي تمت مصادقة المملكة عليها بما في ذلك الاتفاقيات الخاصة
بالتأمين الالزامي.
ب-تستثنى من أحكام هذا النظام المركبات التي تخضع في تسجيلها وترخيصها الى تشريعات
او اجراءات اخرى.
