يكون للكلمات والعبارات التالية حيثما وردت في هذا النظام المعاني المخصصة لها ادناه ما
لم تدل القرينة على غير ذلك:-
القانون: قانون اصول المحاكمات المدنية النافذ المفعول.
الوزارة: وزارة العدل.
الوزير: وزير العدل.
الشركة: الشركة المعتمدة وفقا لاحكام القانون لتبليغ الاوراق القضائية داخل المملكة او
خارجها.
موظف الشركة : الشخص المعين في الشركة ليتولى تبيلغ الاوراق القضائية.
