أ- تتولى الشركة بواسطة موظفيها ، بالاضافة الى مأموري تبليغ الاوراق والاعلانات القضائية
المعينين بموجب نظام اعوان
القضاء النافذ المفعول ، تبليغ الاوراق القضائية وفقا لاحكام القانون وهذا النظام.
ب- تقوم الشركة بتبليغ الاوراق القضائية الصادرة عن الجهات المبينة ادناه بناء على طلب
الخصم:-
1 -المحاكم النظامية.
2 . -دوائر التنفيذ
3 . -الكاتب العدل
