يشترط في الشركة ما يلي:-
أ-ان تكون مسجلة وفقا للاصول القانونية وبرأسمال لا يقل عن مائة الف دينار.
ب-ان تقدم كفالة حسن تنفيذ باسم الوزير بالاضافة لوظيفته بالمبلغ الذي يحدده لضمان
قيامها بمهامها.
