المادة 20 -
اذا عرض المستأجر على المالك استلام العقار المأجور بسبب انتهاء مدة الإجارة وامتنع المالك
عن استلامه رغم
تبلغه انذاراً عدلياً بذلك ، يجوز للمستأجر ان يقدم طلباً الى قاضي الامور المستعجلة لتسليم
العقار المأجور الى
المحكمة وذلك دون الاخلال بحقوق الطرفين وفق احكام العقد 0
