إذا تعددت العقارات المطلوب قسمتها ضمن اختصاص مديرية تسجيل واحدة، وكانت مملوكة
على الشيوع من الشركاء أنفسهم، فيمكن إجراء المعاملة بطريقة قسمة الجمع إذا أبدى مالكو
( 3⁄4 ) ثلاثة أرباع الحصص في تلك العقارات رغبتهم بذلك.
