Article text
أ- يعد عقداً صحيحاً وملزماً لطرفيه بيع بناء أو طابق أو
شقة، على عقار مسجل، بالتقسيط إذا جرى تسجيل العقد
لدى مديرية التسجيل .
ب- يجب أن يتضمن عقد البيع بالتقسيط الشروط المتفق
عليها بين طرفيه، وبخاصة الثمن، والأقساط، والمدة
الواجبة لتنفيذه، وأوصاف البناء أو الطابق أو الشقة
المبيعة بالتقسيط ومواصفاتها.
