Article text
أ في الاحوال التي تقرر فيها (لجنة إزالة الشيوع في -
العقار) اجراء التصرف في العقار المملوك على الشيوع لا
يجوز أن يقل ثمن هذا العقار عن الثمن الذي تحدده اللجنة
في قرارها و لمدة لا تزيد على سنة من تاريخ صدور قرار
اللجنة بالتصرف في العقار، ولأي من الشركاء في العقار
اللجوء الى اللجنة لتحديد ثمن جديد له في حال انقضت
. هذه المدة دون التصرف فيه
ب- على الشريك الذي يبلغ بأي من الامور الواردة في
( المواد 96 ) ( و 97 ) ( و 103 ) من هذا القانون أن يبدي موقفه
( منها خطيا خلال مدة 15 ) خمسة عشر يوما من تاريخ تبلغه
بها.
