المادة 3 -
يحرر عقد الايجار خطياً بين المؤجر والمستأجر ولهما ان يتعاقدا على الشروط التي يلتزمان بها
وفقاً لأحكام المادة(
174 ) من قانون اصول المحاكمات الحقوقية او اي تشريع يعد لها او يحل محلها.
