يدرج في عقد الايجار اسم كل من المؤجر والمستأجر وشهرته وصنعته، ومحل اقامته ، وجنسيته،
ونوع العقار، ومشتملاته وطريقة
استعماله، وبيان مدة الاجارة وبدلها وكيفية أدائها.
