المادة 7 -
عقود الايجار التي لا تسجل وفق أحكام المادة الخامسة من هذا القانون يغرم من يحتج بها لدى
اي دائرة رسمية بواقع خمسة
فلسات عن كل دينار اردني من بدل الايجار السنوي شريطة ان لا يقل مبلغ الغرامة عن دينار واحد
ولا يزيد على عشرين ديناراً
بالاضافة لرسوم التسجيل المقررة في المادة السابقة.
