المادة 8 -
اذا لم يحرر عقد الايجار كتابة تستوفى غرامة ممن يحتج به مقدارها واحد بالمائة من بدل الايجار
السنوي مع مراعاة
( الحد الادنى والاعلى ورسم التسجيل المنصوص عليهما في المادتين 6 ) ( و 7 ) السابقتين.
