يقدم تقرير الخبرة للجنة ويسلم أطراف الطلب نسخ منه لإبداء ملاحظاتهم حوله ولها أن تقرر
إعادة التقرير إلى الخبير لإكمال ما ترى فيه من نقص أو أن تعهد بالخبرة إلى خبير آخر ينتخب وفق
أحكام هذا النظام.
