Article text
أ- يجوز لأطراف الطلب جميعهم الاتفاق على وقف السير بإجراءات الطلب مدة لا تزيد على سنة
من تاريخ إقرار اللجنة لاتفاقهم ولا يجوز لأي من الأطراف أن يطلب خلال تلك المدة إعادة النظر في
الطلب إلا بموافقة أطراف الطلب جميعهم .
ب- إذا لم يتقدم أي من أطراف الطلب للسير فيه خلال مدة سبعة أيام من تاريخ انتهاء الأجل
المحدد في الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة يسقط الطلب .
