أ- تشكل في مديرية التسجيل لجنة أو أكثر بقرار من المدير تسمى (لجنة إزالة الشيوع في العقار)
برئاسة أحد موظفي الدائرة من الفئة الأولى لا تقل درجته عن الثالثة وعضوية اثنين من موظفي
مديرية التسجيل أحدهم حقوقي والآخر مساح يسميهم المدير.
ب- تختص اللجنة بالنظر في الطلب وفق أحكام إزالة الشيوع المنصوص عليها في القانون وما
يتفرع عنه من طلبات .
