أ- تجتمع اللجنة بدعوة من رئيسها وتتخذ قراراتها بأغلبية أصوات أعضائها.
ب- إذا تغيب أحد أعضاء اللجنة فلمدير مديرية التسجيل
تسمية بديل عنه طوال فترة غيابه أو إلى حين تعيين عضو
جديد في اللجنة في حال إنهاء عضويته على أن تراعى
شروط العضوية المنصوص عليها في القانون وهذا
النظام في العضو البديل.
