أ- يقدم الطلب إلى مدير مديرية التسجيل المختصة ويسجل في السجل بعد موافقة مدير
التسجيل على قيده ودفع الرسوم المستحقة .
ب- يرسل ملف الطلب إلى اللجنة بعد تثبيت أسماء الأطراف ورقم قيد الطلب وتاريخه باليوم
والشهر والسنة ورقم العقار عليه .
