أ- عند ورود ملف الطلب إلى اللجنة يصدر رئيس اللجنة قراراً بو ضع إشارة على السجل العقاري
للعقار المطلوب إزالة الشيوع فيه تتضمن قيد الطلب في السجل.
ب- يرسل مدير التسجيل إلى الجهات الحاجزة أو المرتهنة للعقار كتاباً يتضمّن وضع الإشارة
المنصوص عليها في الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة عند قيد الطلب على السجل العقاري له .
