تصديق الاحكام وتنفيذها
أ- يرفع مدير القضاء العسكري التوصيات المتعلقة بأحكام المحاكم العسكرية الصادرة بالادانة
الى رئيس هيئة الاركان المشتركة للتصديق عليها.
ب- لا ينفذ الحكم الصادر بالادانة الا بعد التصديق عليه من رئيس هيئة الاركان المشتركة.
