Article text
يجوز لرئيس هيئة الاركان المشتركة ان يصدق الحكم او يخفض العقوبة او يوقف تنفيذها او
يستبدل أياً من العقوبات التالية بها:-
أ-الطرد من الخدمة العسكرية.
ب-تنزيل الرتبة.
ج-تأخير الاقدمية.
د-الحرمان من الراتب.
