أ- تجري المحاكمة علنا الا انه يحق للمحكمة ان تقرر اجراءها سرا وفقا للقواعد العامة اذا رأت ان
في العلانية ما يمس
مصلحة القوات المسلحة ويكون صدور الحكم علنا في جميع الاحوال.
ب- للمحكمة العسكرية ان تحظر نشر وقائع الجلسات او نشر ملخص عنها اذا رأت ان القضية
تستوجب مثل هذا الاجراء.
