على المحكمة العسكرية ان تبدأ النظر في أي قضية ترد اليها في مدة لا تزيد على عشرة ايام من
تاريخ تقديمها وتعقد جلساتها
( في ايام متتالية ولا يجوز تأجيل المحاكمة لاكثر من 48 ) ساعة الا عند الضرورة ولاسباب توردها
في قرار التأجيل.
