وظائف المدعي العام
1 - المدعي العام هو رئيس الضابطة العدلية في منطقته ويخضع لمراقبته جميع موظفي

2 ( - اما مساعدو المدعي العام في وظائف الضابطة العدلية المعينون في المادتين 9 و 10 ) فلا
يخضعون لمراقبته
الا فيما يقومون به من الاعمال المتعلقة بالوظائف المذكورة.
