Article text
لكي تكون للضبط قوة اثباتية يجب:
أ- أن يكون قد نظم ضمن حدود اختصاص الموظف وأثناء قيامه بمهام وظيفته.
ب- أن يكون الموظف قد شهد الواقعة بنفسه.
جـ- أن يكون الضبط صحيحا في الشكل.
أما الضبوط الاخرى فتكون جميعها كمعلومات عادية.
