وظائف المدعي العام
1 - الاخبارات
على كل سلطة رسمية او موظف علم أثناء اجراء وظيفته بوقوع جناية او جنحة أن يبلغ الامر في
الحال المدعي العام المختص وان يرسل اليه جميع المعلومات والمحاضر والاوراق المتعلقة
بالجريمة.
