اذا ادعى الخصم المحتج بالتزوير أن مبرز السند هو مزوره أو متدخل في تزويره أو تبين من
التحقيقات أن المزور
أو المتدخل بالتزوير لا يزال حيا وان دعوى التزوير لم تسقط بالتقادم فيصار الى تحقيق دعوى
التزوير جزائيا على
الوجه المبين سابقا.
