1 - للمحكمة المقامة لديها الدعوى أن تقرر عند الادعاء بالتزوير أمامها متابعة النظر في الدعوى
أو التوقف عنها بعد
استطلاع رأي المدعي العام.
2 - أما اذا كانت الدعوى مقتصرة على التعويضات الشخصية فتؤجل المحكمة النظر فيها الى ان
. يحكم في دعوى التزوير بصورة نهائية
