1 - تسقط التعويضات المحكوم بها بصورة قطعية في الدعاوى الجزائية بالتقادم المنصوص
. عليه للاحكام المدنية
2 - أما الرسوم والنفقات المحكوم بها لمصلحة الخزينة فتسقط بالتقادم المتعلق بالاموال
الاميرية، ويوقف التقادم
بشأنها وجود المحكوم عليه في السجن انفاذا لاي حكم.
