1 ( - على الاطباء والخبراء المشار اليهم في المادتين 39 و 40 ) ان يقسموا قبل مباشرتهم العمل
يمينا بان يقوموا
بالمهمة الموكولة اليهم بصدق وأمانة.
2 -يحدد المدعي العام للخبير موعداً لتقديم تقريره كتابة وإذا تخلف عن تقديمه في الموعد
المحدد يجوز
للمدعي العام أن يقرر استرداد الأجور التي قبضها الخبير ، كلها أو بعضها وان يستبدل بهذا ,
الخبير خبيراً آخر.
