الاشياء المضبوطة التي لا يطلبها أصحابها في ميعاد ثلاث سنوات من تاريخ انتهاء الدعوى
المتعلقة بها تصبح ملكا
للدولة بغير حاجة الى حكم يصدر بذلك.
