Article 19 of Traffic Law No. 49 of 2008
Article text
أ- يتولى المكتب الفني المهام والصلاحيات التالية :-
1 - إجراء الدراسات الفنية لمختلف المركبات المحولة للمكتب الفني من إدارة الترخيص أو أي
جهة أخرى
للتأكد من مطابقتها لمواصفات الشركات الصانعة .
2 -الموافقة على الدراسات والتصاميم المتعلقة بالمركبات التـي تصدرها المكاتب الهندسية
. المرخصة
3 -الموافقة على الدراسات المتعلقة بتصنيع أو تحويل المركبات محليا ومراقبة المصانع التـي
. تقوم بذلك والكشف عليها
4 - جمع المعلومات والبيانات الإحصائية الخاصة بالمركبات على اختلاف أنواعها.
5 . - أي أمور أخرى يرى الوزير ضرورة إحالتها إلى المكتب
. ب- يرفـع المكتب الفني توصياته الى الوزير لاتخاذ القرار المناسب بشأنها
