( يعفى من العقوبة المفروضة في المادة 165 ) الذين ينصرفون قبل إنذار ممثلي السلطة او
الضابطة العدلية او
يمتثلون في الحال لانذارها دون ان يستعملوا سلاحاً او يرتكبوا أية جناية او جنحة.
