Article text
1 - يعاقب بالأشغال المؤقتة مدة لا تقل عن خمس سنوات وبغرامة من ألف دينار إلى خمسة آلاف دينار كل
من زور ورقة بنكنوت بقصد الاحتيال أو غيّر فيها أو تداولها أو روجها أو أدخلها إلى المملكة أو أخرجها منها أو
حاول ذلك مع علمه بأنها مزورة أو مغيرة.
2 - يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تقل عن ستة أشهر وبغرامة لا تتجاوز خمسمائة دينار كل من حاز أي ورقة بنكنوت
