Article 101 of Labour Law No. 8 of 1996
Article text
أ- تعتبر نقابات العمال المسجلة قبل نفاذ هذا القانون قائمة وكأنها مسجلة بمقتضاه.
ب- تعتبر نقابات اصحاب العمل المسجلة قبل نفاذ هذا القانون وكأنها مسجلة بمقتضاه.
ج- على نقابات العمال ونقابات اصحاب العمل المذكورة اعلاه توفيق اوضاعها وانظمتها مع
احكام هذا القانون خلال مدة لا
تتجاوز ستة اشهر من تاريخ نفاذه.
