Article text
أ- للوزير إلغاء أو إيقاف ترخيص مزود خدمات التدريب في حال مخالفته أحكام هذا القانون أو
الأنظمة الصادرة بمقتضاه.
ب- يشكل الوزير لجنة في الوزارة تسمى (لجنة الاعتراضات) ويحدد في قرار تشكيلها رئيسها
وعدد أعضائها وأمين سرها وكيفية انعقاد اجتماعاتها واتخاذ قراراتها .
ج- يجوز لمن صدر بحقه أي قرار برفض منح إجازة مزاولة المهنة أو رفض منح ترخيص مزودي
خدمات التدريب أو رفض تجديد أي منهما، أو قرارات إلغاء أو إيقاف ترخيص مزودي خدمات التدريب،
( الاعتراض عليها أمام لجنة الاعتراضات خطياً خلال مدة لا تتجاوز 30 ) ثلاثين يوماً من تاريخ تبليغه
القرار.
د- تتولى لجنة الاعتراضات النظر في الاعتراضات على القرارات المنصوص عليها في الفقرة (ج)
( من هذه المادة، وتصدر اللجنة قرارها بشأن الاعتراض خلال مدة لا تتجاوز 30 ) ثلاثين يوماً من تاريخ
وروده إليها، ويكون قرارها نهائياً بعد اعتماده من الوزير.
