Article text
أ- تستوفي الوزارة رسماً عن كل مما يلي:-
1 -إصدار إجازة مزاولة المهنة أو تجديدها.
2 . -إصدار ترخيص مزود خدمات التدريب أو تجديده
3 . -عقد الاختبارات المهنية والتقنية
ب - يحدد مقدار كل من الرسوم المشار إليها في الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة بمقتضى نظام يصدر
( لهذه الغاية يتضمن حالات الإعفاء من قيمة الرسوم المفروضة في البندين 2 ) ( و 3 ) منها.
