للمؤمن والمؤمن له الاتفاق بشكل واضح وصريح في عقد التأمين على الحياة على أي شرط
يتضمن تخفيض مبلغ التأمين أو المشاركة في الأرباح أو تصفية عقد التأمين أو أي جزء منه.
