Article text
أ- للمؤم َّن له في عقد التأمين على الحياة إحالة ما له من حقوق واردة في العقد إلى الغير
بمقابل أو بدون مقابل.
ب- إذا تمّت إحالة الحقوق الواردة في عقد التأمين ضمانا لدين فتشترط موافقة المستفيد غير
القابل للتغيير على شروط تلك الإحالة وإذا لم يوافق على ذلك فتكون له الأولوية في اقتضاء
حقوقه.
ج- إذا تمّت إحالة حقوق عقد التأمين ضمانا لدين فللمستفيد القابل للتغيير الحق في أي مبالغ
متبقية بعد دفع مبلغ الدين إلى المحال له.
