Article text
أ- مع مراعاة أحكام التشريعات ذوات العلاقة، يجوز التأمين على حياة مجموعة محددة من
الأشخاص على أن يتم تبليغهم من قبل المؤمن له بشروط عقد التأمين وأحكامه وأي تعديل
جوهري يطرأ عليه.
ب- للمؤمن عليه رفض أو إنهاء مشاركته في عقد التأمين على الحياة الجماعي.
ج- للمؤمن عليه في عقود التأمين على الحياة الجماعي تحديد المستفيد من عقد التأمين.
